The production process begins with raw materials being transported into silos via bucket elevator or pump truck. Materials are then conveyed from silos to automatic weighing scales according to formula ratios using screw conveyors. Premixed materials are lifted into the premix hopper, transferred to the twin shaft paddle mixer for uniform mixing, then directed to automatic packing machines. Finally, packed bags are conveyed to the next processing stage.
